In semi-automatic Ring wrapping machine wrapping is done automatically and product movement is also done automatically with conveyor system but only film cutting and film wrapping
are done manually. Suppose your product is mostly of fixed size and in front and back portion you do not want to do packing then it will be most suitable choice for you.

You need 2 workers to operate this machine. 1 worker will uploading product on Infeed conveyor and he should take care of the thing that when one product will finish he have to
put second product without having any gap.So, wrapping should done continuously.and second worker who stand at near outfeed conveyor he will cut film manually in between profile.
with help of this the production speed will also increase and also material wastage will decrease.
